Congratulations to my client (the seller)! This property was only on the market for 4 days. It sold for $30,000 over asking (which was very fairly priced) and my client realized a $70,000 gain after holding it for one year. He bought it for his step son to live in and, due to unforeseen circumstances, the step son had to move out. My client was left holding the bag. He was very worried about carrying costs and needed to sell quickly! DONE!!

Needless to say he is thrilled! The property was vacant with a fresh coat of paint and new appliances.
