What a Weekend!!

Under agreement in 4 days for WAY over asking! The seller was originally going to sell the property himself to an investor for $450,000 until I convinced him to hire me and my team. At the time the unit was tenant occupied and a it was a mess. The tenant moved out and I had him put $9,000 into it (painting, re-carpeting, and cleaning). Our marketing team then worked their magic. The property is now under agreement for more than $160,000 over what he was originally going to accept!!! In addition it is a cash deal and will close in 2 weeks!!
