Just when you thought the market was changing... We were in a competition with multiple buyers and multiple offers!

My buyers loved this beautiful townhome and wanted to make it their own. Once again there were multiple offers. If properties are priced right and desirable they are still going fast. It is in Wakefield and there are literally five condos on the market in Wakefield! There might be fewer buyers now that interest rates have risen but inventory is still low.
