The Right Realtor!

Wondering what kind of difference the right realtor makes? I just listed this property in North Framingham (nice quiet side street in a nice area). It was listed by a different realtor in 2012 and didn't sell. These pictures show the master bedroom (the exact same room!!!) as photographed by the previous realtor (the second picture) and the master bedroom as photographed by us (the first picture) !! Notice any difference? Needless to say all of the photos that we did are of similar quality to the MBR picture and all of the photos that the previous realtor took (probably with their cell phone) were of similar quality to theirs.
