Congratulations To My Clients!!

After forty years in their longtime home (above) my clients wanted to move to be closer to their family who had relocated to the South Shore. The process of selling and buying can be complex. Particularly in today's market. Yet we were able to sell their long time home at a great price and get them under agreemeent in a new home that they loved (also at a great price). All while subsequently closing on both properties on the same day!!

For anybody that has sold or purchased a home you likely understand that the process can be an emotionally charged time. Now imagine doubling that and and throw in the fact that over the course of 40 years they had built so many memories in their home. Throughout both of these transactions, there could have been so many bumps which would have made it even more stressful. We were able to steer them through this complex process smoothly however!

My clients love their new home and are thrilled with how seamlessly everything went!
