Congratulations To My Buyer Clients!!

It was a busy week last week!!. Closed on these two homes for first time home buyers! We were able to come out on top in a multiple offer situation on one of them and secure the second one for below asking. Both clients were thrilled! Bidding wars still occur but are saner now that interest rates increased (BTW rates have gone down a bit the last two weeks). There are also opportunities to secure property at more reasonable prices than previously. It all depends on the location and pricing.
